Commune creates digital courses with experts in food, health, social impact, mindfulness and movement practices, personal growth, and environmental action. Each course is released as a mass digital experience where thousands of participants take the course together, day-by-day, for free. We then provide social tools that empower participants to form local action groups and implement their new knowledge in their communities.
We believe personal and societal health are two sides of the same coin, and that cultivating personal wellness is the first step toward making the world well.
We believe that people are better when they connect, and these relationships are healthier when people feel whole. It is up to us to make choices that help us feel whole: move our bodies, eat fresh foods, set aside time to rest, invest in meaningful friendships… To make the world well, we must be well.
We thank everyone for participating in taking tangible steps toward building a better world: planting a garden, using less plastic, walking and biking, engaging in local issues, and being here in our Commun(ity) to learn, grow, and come together. Societal change means dedication to the small shifts as much as marching in the streets.
